How do I book a car with ELT?
Request a quote above, choose your vehicle and send your details, or call dispatch any hour at 404-735-8930. Dispatch confirms your vehicle and rate by text and email.
How are your rates calculated?
Every trip is quoted on vehicle type, distance and time of travel. The rate we confirm includes tolls, fuel and taxes. Gratuity is optional.
Can you move a large group or a whole conference?
Yes. We run sedans to 50-passenger motorcoaches and work with 50+ vetted affiliate partners, so we can move 100+ guests at once with one point of contact.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes. Corporate accounts get saved traveler profiles, one point of contact and card-on-file or monthly invoicing with cost-center references.
What is your cancellation policy?
SUVs and smaller vehicles: full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your reservation. Vehicles larger than an SUV: full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before your reservation. Reservations on holidays or during a holiday week are not eligible for a refund. No refunds are given inside those windows, though credit may be granted at the company's discretion.

Are your chauffeurs licensed and insured?
Yes. All chauffeurs are professional, licensed and insured. Certificates of insurance (COI) are available on request for clients who establish a corporate account.
